Homogenizing Pump
Homogenizing Pump
The homogenising pump from Al Atheer Industrial Solutions is an effective device for breaking down large particles and distributing them evenly in liquids, giving the final product complete homogeneity with a smooth, lump-free texture. Used in industries such as dairy, food, pharmaceuticals and chemicals to guarantee consistent quality and texture.

The homogenising pump is a device designed to achieve ideal homogenisation of liquids by breaking large particles and distributing them evenly in the liquid. It is widely used in industries such as dairy, food, pharmaceuticals and chemicals to fully homogenise products and guarantee a uniform texture and appearance.
Technical specifications:
- Flow (Q): 0-3 m³/h
- Pressure (P): 0.2 MPa
- Power: 2.2 kW
- Speed (N): 2900 rpm
How it works:
-
Rotor-stator interaction:
- The rotor spins at very high speed against the stator, generating strong shear that tears large particles apart and breaks them down, homogenising the mixture.
-
Homogenising and distributing particles:
- As the material passes through the pump, large particles are broken down and distributed evenly in the liquid, ensuring a homogeneous final mixture with a smooth texture.
-
Shear and pressure forces:
- The liquid is forced through a narrow gap between the rotor and stator, where it is exposed to high pressure and intense shear, reducing the size of large particles and achieving ideal homogenisation.
Applications:
- Dairy industry: homogenising milk and products such as yoghurt and cream.
- Food industry: producing homogeneous juices, sauces and beverages.
- Pharmaceutical industry: preparing creams, preparations and vaccines.
- Chemical industry: processing chemical liquids for even particle distribution.
Benefits of use:
- Better quality: smooth, homogeneous products that improve the quality of the final product.
- Longer shelf life: reducing particle size prevents ingredients separating, extending product life.
- Better texture and appearance: gives products a smooth texture and consumer appeal
