With God's help, a complete dairy plant was manufactured, installed and commissioned for Mr. Yousef Haroub in Hebron. The plant includes an advanced milk pasteurization system and all the equipment needed to produce dairy products, cheese, labneh, fresh-up and more. The equipment is impressive and outperforms imported equivalents in working efficiency, ease of use, durability, product quality and ease of cleaning and sanitising, as attested by the operators and investors in the market.

On Tuesday 17/1/2023 Al Atheer delivered dairy and cheese production equipment to Mr. Yousef Haroub in the town of Kharas, Hebron district. The delivery included a fresh-up yoghurt filling machine made by Al Atheer Industrial Solutions, a two-head cheese press controlled pneumatically, a 1 ton/hour milk pasteurizer, and two double-jacketed tanks of 500 litres each for curdling the pasteurized milk, each with its own agitator motor.
In addition: a 1-ton Turkish homogenizer, a heat-insulated double-jacketed 500-litre trough with a removable perforated sheet and a drain opening for placing the cheese, and a dedicated milk cooling refrigerator with a 500-litre tank and cooling unit.
A water softener unit was installed with a dedicated salt tank.
A vacuum machine for evacuating and sealing product bags was also delivered, along with a powder-and-water mixer, a fully automatic round-cup sealing machine that places the empty cups, fills them, places the lids and seals them automatically, and a piston filler for labneh.
The engineering and technical teams carried out the necessary piping between the different sections of the plant with high precision and commissioned the plant on the spot.
